The hotel provides exceptional service and hospitable staff who go the extra mile for their guests. the location is in a calm neighbourhood, ideal for those who prefer a sleep undisturbed by street noise. Guests can enjoy freshly prepared breakfasts, modern and clean rooms, and complimentary amenities like a 24/7 kitchen lounge area, laundry facilities, and reliable travel arrangements. the hotel also offers scenic views of the nearby Tien Shan mountains and secluded spots for peaceful relaxation.
Guests may have to contend with a potential lack of privacy due to the thin curtains in the room or noisy behaviour from other guests who do not respect their fellow lodgers.

We celebrated New Year's Eve at an accommodation that had everything we could ask for. The rooms were spacious and impeccable, and the staff was hospitable and incredibly helpful. The delicious breakfast included various choices of bread, cheese, olives, scrambled eggs, fresh fruit and much more. We also appreciated the peaceful and green surroundings of the hotel. In regards to location, although it was not in the exact center of town, it was just a short and nice walk away. The cozy atmosphere made our celebration a great and unforgettable experience.
The price was a little high, but the quality of the services and facilities make this a small issue. the beds could’ve been a bit more comfortable.

The decoration at this lovely B&B is simply exquisite. Each room is tastefully designed, with beautiful artwork and cozy furniture. The general areas, such as the lounge and dining room, are also elegant and inviting. As a senior woman, I appreciated the attention to detail in creating a comfortable and accessible environment. The hallways are well-lit, the furniture is easy to navigate, and there are handrails in the common areas for added stability.
A wider selection of activities specifically designed for senior guests would have made the vacation even more enjoyable.
